The world is reading. It’s time to learn the truth.
The Apple TV+ thriller show ‘Suspicion‘ is one of the intriguing shows to watch. If you’ve been keeping up on the show and are curious about the show’s renewal status, let’s look into it.
But first, you know what we’re going to do, don’t you? Discuss the premise of the show and other themes. The series is based on the Israeli program False Flag.
And it takes place between London and New York. Suspicion’s storyline centers around five people – three men and two women – whose lives are flipped upside down after being recognized as possibilities in the abduction.
And subsequent disappearance of American media tycoon Katherine Newman’s son Leonardo by London authorities. Critics gave the show mostly mixed reviews.
Suspicion Season 2 On Apple TV+ Renewal Status Update
After the first season of Suspicion concluded, we all had concerns about the show. Obviously, the title of the episode, ‘Unmasked,’ has kept us interested up to this point.
The eight-part series started on Apple TV+ on Friday, 4 February 2022, with two episodes, with the remaining six episodes running every Friday following.
Given the fact that the show was recently completed, the streaming platform or the show’s creators have yet to confirm a second season.
But that doesn’t imply there won’t be any more seasons. Ben Bailey Smith, who portrayed Natalie’s fiancé Joe Gibson, informed an outlet that if possible, he’d be down for “20 seasons” of Suspicion.
But that’s definitely not a confirmation of 20 seasons. Looks like we will get the word about the show’s future in the coming days. And obviously, fingers crossed.
The Show ‘Suspicion’ Works As A Standalone
Elizabeth Henstridge, who portrays Tara McAllister on the show, recently spoke with an outlet about it. In addition, she stated that she believes it works best as a stand-alone.
“I think it works as a standalone but there’s such a massive concept we’re trying to address and digest, so you may find it ends on another question mark.
When you get to the end, viewers are still going to have varying opinions on who was right in the end, what was worth it and what wasn’t worth it, and it does pose a lot of questions as a show.”
In a February 2022 interview, Nayyar stated that the series’ continuation is dependent on the audience’s demand.
That clearly indicates that if the show does well and viewership increases, we will most likely see another season of Suspicion.
Suspicion’s Audience Wants Another Season
Obviously, the audience wants additional seasons following the show’s completion, and they’re confused by the end of season one. Here’s a look at what people are saying on social media.

The show can’t end like this.
I just finished watching the season finale of #Suspicion. Can't believe Im done…and I want more. Hope there is a season 2 cause it can't end like that. Like what…don't get me wrong I loved the show but the ending felt rushed and it didn't make sense.Unless it was on purpose pic.twitter.com/W0HYCLKWi0

Individuals still can’t understand the ending of the show.
Am I really dumb or did absolutely nothing in the Suspicion finale make sense?? It felt like plot hole city while being terribly underwhelming. I’m so confused. The cast was fantastic and and it had a strong build, but absolutely seemed to fall apart in the end. #Suspicion
